PAIA policy
The Promotion of Access to Information Act of 2000 (“PAIA”) formally gives effect to section 32 of the South African Constitution, allowing a person to access information held by Planet42 which may be required to exercise or protect their rights. The PAIA Manual sets out the processes and prescribed fees associated with requesting such information.
